In the words of Jim Rohn, the mentor to the masters, “If you will change, everything will change for you. Don’t wait for things to change. Change doesn’t start out there. Change starts within. And when you change, miraculously, your relationships, your health, your business, your children, EVERYTHING else changes around you. But all change starts with you.” People live in mediocrity and hopelessness because they have not discovered that they have the power to change their lives.

It doesn’t matter how many times you have been told that it’s not possible, because with determination and the right strategy, you can have the wonderful relationships you have always dreamed of, the work that you love, the fabulous house and the new car that you felt was once out of your reach. You deserve everything you want in life from material possessions to good health and relationships. However, the greatest question is – How to shift to a place where you feel worthy so that you can have everything you have always wanted. This is the basis of the Law of Attraction. You can attract into your life whatever you give attention, energy and focus to, whether it is positive or negative.

While it may seem at times that your thoughts are a mere reaction to what goes on around you, the reality is that you have the power to condition your thoughts in a way that will make you feel better. There is always a different way you can react to a challenge or an obstacle irrespective of its magnitude. This then opens an avenue for you to enjoy your life and redefine your standards.

As the author states, many of us expect things to change on their own, but the truth is that change starts within. How long do we wait for something to change, but do little to make that change happen? And when we do change, we will notice that everything around us changes.

Since its inception, there have been many books about the Law of Attraction, based on the principle that “like attracts like”, that positive thoughts bring positive things and that negative thoughts bring negative things, but many of these focus solely on the theoretical aspects of the law.

In this book, however, I found especially useful the way that the author provides a clear and concise guideline in order to really apply the principles to your daily life.

A very enlightening read.
