The details about detox cleanse and parasite cleanse. Particularly the parasite cleanse step by step instructions are extremely useful and very easy to apply.
Which scene was your favorite?
There aren’t actually scenes, but the section that I liked was the advice about the types of exercises that we can do, cardio, treadmill, hiking, running, bicycling, exercises that anyone can do on a daily basis and are easy to apply instead of having to work out in the gym.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. I listened in one sitting and time flew by very fast due to the interesting way that it is presented.

I found the clear way in which it treats such an important subject as food addiction very useful. It made me much more aware about the causes and symptoms of food addiction as well as how to improve my eating habits in an easy way. I also wasn’t aware of the National Eating Disorders Association and The Body Project which are very useful for anyone with food addiction.
